Payment & Late Fees (BC-Compliant)

Payment is due the same day service is completed, unless prior arrangements are approved in writing

Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of up to 2% per month (24% annually), calculated from the original due date, in accordance with British Columbia guidelines.

Continued non-payment may result in suspension of service, collection efforts, or legal action

Services rendered remain payable regardless of disputes, unless otherwise required by law.

Clients are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the property
Securing pets
Disclosing known damage, infestations, or unsafe conditions before service

Failure to disclose relevant information may void or limit any claims.

Pre-existing damage

The Sassy Sisters Clean Team is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, chips, cracks, stains, discoloration, wear and tear, aging, fragile or compromised surfaces, or damage caused by prior work, water exposure, misuse, or pest infestation.

Cleaning may reveal existing defects that were not previously visible. We are not liable for such findings.

Damage claims

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
Claims must include clear photographic evidence\n
Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied
\nPayment may not be withheld while claims are under review

Responsibility for any claim is determined at the sole discretion of The Sassy Sisters Clean Team.

Biohazards

For the safety of our staff, we do not clean properties with:

Pet feces or urine
Human waste
Vomit, blood, or bodily fluids
\nActive pest infestations (including rodents, insects, or vermin)

If these conditions are present, we may skip affected areas, end service early, apply additional charges, or decline service entirely. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
